Who we are
Future Mega is operated by Nicholas Cooper Brands Inc. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the Future Mega apps, website, artist application process, and support services.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@gonickcooper.com. Nicholas Cooper Brands Inc. is responsible for deciding how the personal information described here is used.
Information we handle
- Account information: your account identifier, name, email address, sign-in provider, and account preferences. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, we receive information those services provide for signing in; we do not receive your Apple or Google password.
- Profile and community information: artist profiles, voluntarily provided location and genre information, follows, posts, comments, likes, reports, blocks, and moderation records.
- Photos, video, and audio: media you choose to upload, record, or broadcast. Camera, microphone, and photo access depend on permissions you grant on your device. Declining permission prevents the corresponding capture or upload feature.
- Live activity: live chat, gifts, participation and presence information, and broadcast session records.
- Purchases and access: store transaction identifiers, purchased Stars, balances, spending, refunds, Supporter passes, and contest votes. Payment providers process payment-card information; our Stars records use transaction information rather than your full card number.
- Artist applications: questionnaire answers, genre, an optional phone number, audition video, review results, and related communications. Application answers and phone numbers are intended for internal review, not public artist profiles.
- Technical and support information: information in your support messages and operational request, device, network, and error information processed to deliver and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and maintain accounts; show artist profiles and community content; deliver media and live broadcasts; process purchases, balances, passes, gifts, and votes; review artist applications; answer requests; moderate content; prevent abuse; diagnose service problems; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, account and service delivery rely on performing our agreement with you; optional device access or other consent-based features rely on your permission; safety, moderation, fraud prevention, and service maintenance rely on legitimate interests where permitted; and required financial or legal records rely on legal obligations. You can contact us about these purposes or object where applicable law gives you that right.
Artist audition screening can use Google Vertex AI to flag potentially disturbing video frames for a human reviewer. That screening assists review; it does not by itself make the final artist approval decision.
What other people can see
Your public artist profile and the posts, comments, and live messages you share can be seen by other users according to the feature's access rules. The app restricts supporter-only post bodies and media listings to eligible viewers. However, media delivery URLs are public: anyone who receives a photo or video URL may be able to access the media outside the app, even without a Supporter pass. Do not use supporter-only posts as confidential storage or put sensitive personal information into posts, chat, or profile fields.
Your display name can appear in supporter lists. You can use the account preference to hide your name from those lists. Content already seen or independently copied by someone else may remain outside our control.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers to operate Future Mega. These include Google Cloud and Firebase for infrastructure, authentication, storage, and chat; Mux for video and live delivery; RevenueCat and the app stores for in-app purchase services; Stripe where web payment services are offered; Resend for service emails; and Google Vertex AI for audition safety screening.
We share the information needed for the relevant service. Apple, Google, and other sign-in or payment providers also handle information under their own policies when you use their services. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Storage and international processing
Future Mega uses cloud services, including infrastructure in the United States. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.
Applicable international-transfer requirements depend on where you live and the provider involved. Contact us for information about the arrangements that apply to your information or to raise an international-processing concern. This policy does not waive any protection or remedy available under your local law.
Retention and account deletion
We keep account and community information while it is needed to provide the service and manage your account. We also consider the nature of the information, unresolved safety reports or disputes, security needs, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and whether the purpose can be met with less information when deciding how long information is retained.
Purchase, Stars, vote, and moderation records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations after other account data is removed. Access should remain limited to the purpose for which those records are retained. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced according to the applicable backup lifecycle.
In the app, open Me → Delete account. Confirm your identity using your sign-in method and type DELETE to confirm. Once accepted, your account is closed, profile details and community content are erased, and you lose access to unspent Stars and active passes. An artist's community and its replies are removed; shared show replays involving that artist may also be removed. Deletion does not issue an automatic refund.
External media and sign-in cleanup continues automatically after you close the app or sign out. It usually finishes within about 15 minutes; temporary provider failures can take longer and are retried. Required transaction, Stars, vote, and safety audit records retain pseudonymous identifiers rather than your erased profile details. Information already copied by other people or retained by payment providers under their own obligations may remain.
You can also request account deletion or other personal-information deletion by emailing info@gonickcooper.com, including if you cannot access the app or your app version does not offer deletion. We may need to verify your identity and explain records that must be retained. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
Your choices and rights
You can edit supported profile and account preferences, change device permissions, unfollow artists, report content, block users, and contact us about your information.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent for consent-based processing; or complain to a privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We respond to requests under the requirements and exceptions of applicable law and may ask for information needed to verify the request.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you can also contact your local data protection authority. To exercise a right, use our support email and describe your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or identity documents in an initial email.
Website storage and security
The application uses browser or device storage for sign-in persistence and account preferences. These static Privacy, Terms, and Support pages do not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels, contact-form trackers, or externally hosted fonts.
We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information. No network or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Report suspected account compromise to support promptly and do not share your password.
Age and policy updates
Future Mega is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Future Mega, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a change.
